Scheduling Your Appointment
Our office is open Monday through Friday. We do rotate our workdays and hours so please call our office to see if a date that is more convenient for you is available. We do offer warm blankets, smiles, neck pillows, and flat screen TV’s mounted from the ceiling for your entertainment. We ask that you do not bring small children to your treatment appointment.
We ask that you value our time just as much as we value yours. A cancellation fee will be added to your account if you do not give at least a 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. There can be higher fees applied for appointments for multiple teeth or Halcion appointments. We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your wait. Due to the fact Gregory S. Simpson, DMD provides one on one care, we strive to always be on time, if you are on time, we can also be on time. You do not need to arrive earlier than your appointment time, but if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule you for another day.
We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you within 48 hours. If you are not a patient of record at our office, we can not call in pain medication or antibiotics for you. Sometimes if you have a lot of pain or swelling you will have to be on antibiotics prior to root canal treatment.
Please call us at Columbus Office Phone Number 614-488-3333 with any questions or to schedule an appointment.
When you call our friendly staff can help schedule your appointment. When you call please have available your dental insurance information, the general dentist’s name and location, and the tooth # that we will be treating, and let us know if you have dental anxiety.
Please know whether or not the tooth/teeth we will be examining or treating have had any endodontic treatment in the past. Most referring dentists will give you a referral sheet to bring to our office. We will take our own digital X-rays at our practice. If you have concerns about digital X-rays please read our X-ray section, found to your left under Endodontic FAQ.
