Our office is open Monday through Friday. We do rotate our work days and hours so please call our office to see if a date that is more convenient for you is available. We are typically open from 8:45AM until 4:15PM Monday-Thursday. Fridays can Vary
We do not offer weekends or evening hours at this time.
Cancellation fee is $50 if you do not give at least a 24 hour notice. This applies to appointments that are canceled or rescheduled. You do not need to arrive earlier than your appointment time, but if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we will have to reschedule you for another day. We may have time to do just an evaluation but will not have time for the treatment, if you are more than 15 minutes late.
We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you with in 24 hours. If you are not a patient of record at our office, we can not call in pain medication or antibiotics for you. Sometimes if you have a lot of pain or swelling you will have to be on antibiotics prior to root canal treatment.
We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your wait. Due to the fact Gregory S. Simpson, DMD provides one on one care, we strive to always be on time, if you are on time, we can also be on time.
