Scheduling Your Appointment

Our office is open Monday through Friday. We do rotate our work days and hours so please call our office to see if a date that is more convenient for you is available. We are typically open from 8:45AM until 4:15PM Monday-Thursday. Fridays can Vary

We do offer warm blankets, smiles, neck pillows, and flat screen TV’s mounted from the ceiling for your entertainment.

We ask that you value our time just as much as we value yours. A cancellation fee of $50 will be added to your account  if you do not give at least a 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your wait. Due to the fact Gregory S. Simpson, DMD provides one on one care, we strive to always be on time, if you are on time, we can also be on time. You do not need to arrive earlier than your appointment time, but if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule you for another day.

We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you with in 24 hours. If you are not a patient of record at our office, we can not call in pain medication or antibiotics for you.  Sometimes if you have a lot of pain or swelling you will have to be on antibiotics prior to root canal treatment.

Please call us at Columbus Office Phone Number 614-488-3333 with any questions or to schedule an appointment.

When you call our friendly staff can help schedule your appointment. When you call please you have available your dental insurance information, general dentists name and location, the tooth # that we will be treating and let us know if you have dental anxiety.

Please know whether or not the tooth/teeth we will be examining or treating has had any endodontic treatment in the past.  Most referring dentists will give you a referral sheet to bring to our office.
